All while understanding that **together** we are even better.**All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family:**+ Benefits from Day One: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance+ Paid Time Off from Day One+ 403-B Retirement Plan+ 4 Weeks 100% Paid Parental Leave+ Career Development+ Whole Person Well-being Resources+ Mental Health Resources and Support+ Pet Benefits**Schedule:**Full time**Shift:**Day (United States of America)**Address:**893 HOPE WAY**City:**ALTAMONTE SPRINGS**State:**Florida**Postal Code:**32714**Job Description:**+ Assists in the development and implementation of operational plans to support the CPE/CMO with medical staff structure and leadership team.+ Facilitates strategic plan development, implementation, and deployment of projects for the medical staff team, its committees, and subcommittees.+ Plans and develops agendas for key Executive Council meetings by collaborating with members of all business units and leaders to synthesize and prioritize agenda items.+ Contributes research and data analytics for the governance leadership team, reviewing and providing input on strategies and innovations.+ Leads projects under the direction of the CPE/CMO.+ Assists with the preparation of written briefs on decisions for the CPE/CMO and governance leadership team, including analyzing the pros and cons of options and business impact.+ Collaborates with senior leaders on the development of proposals that meet the CPE/CMO’s expectations and standards.+ Serves as a conduit of information and communication from the office of the CPE/CMO to senior leaders and departments.+ Assists with the development of communication strategies for major initiatives when the message is from the CPE/CMO office.+ Manages the development and implementation of ongoing Medical Staff leadership training and orientation programs for new Medical Staff Members.+ Leads the development and maintenance of information systems to track and manage data related to the Medical Staff organizations and other customers.+ Assists with the development of policies, procedures, and practice-based privileges for Medical Staff.+ Performs other duties as assigned.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**+ Strong organization skills [Required]+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; keen attention to detail [Required]+ Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff.
