Sales Account Manager - IT Recruiting

We are currently looking to hire a Sr. Account Manager to join our sales team here in Washington DC . You will be responsible for:


Sales


- Growing an existing book of business provided for you (10% of your prospecting time)
- Calling on past clients who currently do not have open orders with us but have within the last year (30% of your prospecting time)
- Calling on clients out of our database that we have identified as prospective clients but they have never done business with us (50% of your prospecting time)
- Calling on clients that are not in our database yet (10% of your prospecting time)


Your core product will be placing C#.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Java contractors and candidates on contract, contract to hire and full time opportunities with our clients here in the Wastington DC Metro Area. You WILL be compensated for every placement you help put together! Total compensation is at $100,000 at plan for the first year, $155,000 at plan for the second year and $195,000 at 150% of plan!!! 5+ years of B2B sales experience (must have)
5+ years of CRM experience (must have)
2+ years of Staffing experience (not required)
