Elwood Staffing is hiring Production Assistants for a manufacturing facility in Green River, WY. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position in an industrial production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable performing heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Production Assistants will support daily manufacturing operations, handle materials, assist with production processes, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Production Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations
• Perform repetitive motions and physical tasks throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, move, and position heavy materials and products
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Operate or assist with production equipment
• Monitor production processes and follow established procedures Inspect materials and products for quality
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Work with team members to meet production goals Perform other production duties as assigned

Production Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience is helpful but not required
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor and repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Safety-minded and attentive to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
