A growing local company in Harahan is seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter / Office Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and is looking for long-term career growth. The ideal candidate is eager to learn all aspects of the business and has the desire to eventually step into a management role.

Pay & Schedule

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting: Source candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with hiring efforts.

Scheduling: Coordinate employee schedules and maintain organized calendars.

Human Resources: Perform general HR duties, assist with onboarding, and support daily office operations.

Client Relations: Handle client contracts and provide exceptional customer service.

Sales Support: Assist with sales activities and build strong client relationships.

Career Growth: Learn the business with the opportunity to advance into a management position.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Previous experience in HR, recruiting, administration, or office management is preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Experience with medical terminology, medical sales, or the insurance industry is highly valued.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
