Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will be working at our facility directly, collaborating closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care that effectively addresses unique goals, needs, and conditions.
• Maintain an appropriate and manageable caseload, dedicating sufficient time and attention to each patient to ensure optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
• Exhibit expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing past experiences to inform treatment decisions and methodologies.
• Implement cost-effective treatment options to improve clients' mobility and pain levels while promoting positive recovery outcomes.
• Encourage patients to consider non-surgical interventions and minimize reliance on medication where feasible.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's circumstances.
• Personalize fitness and wellness programs focused on specific patient needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Motivate and support patients on their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Continuously evaluate treatment efficiency and monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all patient services, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

• Exceptional ability to develop and implement effective exercise protocols to facilitate patient recovery.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, especially WebPT, for accurate documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of professional experience in physical therapy, particularly in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
