Senior Accounting Analyst Boulder/Broomfield Area | Onsite | $100,000–$130,000 Summary Our client, a publicly traded company, is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join its Accounting & Finance team. This is an opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys more than just the monthly close—someone who asks questions, researches issues, improves processes, and takes ownership of producing accurate, reliable financial information. The role offers exposure to financial reporting, SEC reporting, technical accounting, revenue recognition, and cross-functional projects in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Support the monthly and quarterly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis Partner with business leaders to evaluate transactions and determine appropriate accounting treatment Support revenue recognition and technical accounting initiatives, including ASC 606 Prepare schedules, documentation, and audit support for internal and external reporting Research accounting issues, investigate variances, and identify process improvements Help strengthen internal controls and improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and communicate conclusions Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Experience in a public company or public accounting ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
