Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy to clients of various ages, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet diverse needs.

• Ensure diligent and timely completion of clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, while adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments, effectively keeping an updated calendar to accommodate client needs.
\n
• Leverage our proprietary electronic medical records (EMR) system for tracking client interactions and treatment progress.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other health professionals to create a comprehensive care approach that addresses physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a wide spectrum of clinical presentations, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. This role requires the ability to establish rapport with clients of different backgrounds, ages, and experiences, fostering a nurturing therapeutic environment where individuals feel heard and empowered to share their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to maintain effective therapeutic boundaries.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, complemented by a bonus structure. Additional employee benefits include:
