$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Direct Hire - Full-Time Position

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Punch Press Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Morton Grove, IL. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, offering long-term stability and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Operate punch press machinery to meet daily production goals

Measure materials and finished parts using a micrometer (MIC)

Label, sort, and pack finished products for shipment

Follow production schedules and quality standards

Maintain accurate counts and verify quantities

Work independently or alongside team members

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Qualifications

Ability to measure parts/material using a micrometer required

High School Diploma or GED

Basic math and counting skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for 8+ hours

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machine noise

Pre-Employment Requirements
