Job Title: General Management - Line Leader III Location: Sylmar, CA 91342 Duration: 11 Months Contract (Potential Temp to Perm) Pay Rate : $29/hr. Shift Time: 1st shift, M-F, 5am-1:30pm Level III: 5-7 years. Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities of teams that ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of all line practices. Oversees installation, inspections, repairs, routine maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management. Tracks facilities service reques ts with applicable system and complete requests within established timelines and quality specifications. Maintains a safe and effective working environment. Trains team on policies and procedures. May coordinate work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades. #J-18808-Ljbffr Belcan
