Consumer Growth Operations Director

Leading the vision and execution for growth communication channels, the full-time remote Associate Director, Consumer Growth Operations will manage channel optimization, analytics frameworks, and emerging communication strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring staff. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end execution and optimization of email, push, and in-product messaging programs Build and maintain robust analytics frameworks to monitor channel effectiveness and guide optimizations Scout and pilot new communication channels, focusing on growth opportunities and ROI Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in operating and optimizing marketing channels, preferably using marketing automation tools like Braze Proven success in developing channel strategies based on analytics and working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams Strong command of campaign analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies Expertise in leveraging AI and advanced analytics to enhance channel performance Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
