Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Ascendo Resources Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support both vendor and customer master data. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys improving processes and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment. Experience from a shared service entity is a plus. Responsibilities Maintain and update vendor and customer master data in SAP Review and process travel and expense reports through Concur Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate records and policy compliance Monitor expense submissions for accuracy, duplicates, and policy adherence Assist with audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives Requirements AA in Accounting or higher 4+ years of Accounts Payable or Finance operations experience Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP, or Concur Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability Effective communicator who can work both independently and collaboratively Advanced Excel experience Ascendo is a certified minority-owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
