Job Title: Elementary School Psychologist
Location: Dover, Delaware
Position Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elementary School Psychologist to support students across two nearby school sites in Dover, DE. This full-time role focuses on promoting students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for elementary-aged students
• Provide counseling and intervention services to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs, including those with autism spectrum disorders
• Assist in developing positive behavioral interventions and supports
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-wide initiatives

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid Delaware certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Demonstrated experience working with students with autism spectrum disorders (required)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
