This role focuses on deepening existing client engagement, including ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring depth of knowledge in the institutional segment, with insurance general account knowledge a plus, and a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships. This role prioritizes long-term client success by aligning Capital Groups comprehensive investment and risk management solutions with the insurance clients specific business and investment objectives./ppThe ideal candidate will be high-energy, results-oriented, and passionate about performance with a desire and ability to support a new business area for the firm. We are looking for critical thinkers with an understanding of the end-to-end institutional ecosystem with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to simplify complex matters, and the ability to work cross-functionally to build strong relationships with partner teams and clients./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliDeliver service excellence for general account clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention./liliSupport and execute strategic expansion into the insurance general account segment, including business development responsibilities and internal readiness./liliCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. Investment Group, Product, Operations, Compliance Legal) to deliver tailored solutions and an exceptional service experience./liliAnalyze client portfolios to identify investment opportunities and mitigate risks./liliLead and support client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior stakeholders across investment and operations functions./liliEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and partner with compliance, legal and investment teams. Educate self on evolving National Association of Insurance Commissioners regulations and be firm subject matter expert./liliPartner with the retail insurance business development team on firm strategy and coverage for the Life Annuity space./liliRepresent Capital Group at industry events, conferences, and consultant forums./li/ulpYou are the person Capital Group is looking for./pulliYou have 5-10 years of experience in relationship management with a proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving strategic growth in the institutional space./liliYou have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit./liliYou have a deep understanding of the institutional landscape with substantial technical knowledge of different investment strategies and solutions deployed in the institutional space./liliYou have a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a CFA and/or advanced business degree is preferred./liliYou have the Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) licenses./li/ulpBase Pay Range/pp$165,000 - $190,000/ppIn addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will receive two annual bonuses and a generous retirement contribution./ppYou can apply in less than 4 minutes./ppYouve reviewed this job posting and youre ready to start the candidate journey with us.
