Construction Project Manager

Projects: $20M+ Industrial / Manufacturing Facilities. This is a direct-hire opportunity. The annual salary is $150k/year.


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong industrial construction background to lead complex manufacturing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Requirements
-5+ years Project Manager experience on $20M+ commercial/industrial projects
-Strong manufacturing facility experience and ability to work in active operations
-Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects
-Strong GMP knowledge and safety background
-Design-build experience with conceptual estimating (30% drawings or less)
-Self-driven with strong organizational skills
-Willing to travel for kickoff and site visits


Technical Skills
-MS Office, MS Project
-Scheduling software experience
-Familiarity with CAD, BIM, Procore, and/or Sage
