Construction Project Manager

My client is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager for their expanding team. Join a fastgrowing subcontractor firm with over $25M in active backlog and lead highvisibility interior fitout projects from start to finish.
This position is an immediate need and looking for someone ready to tackle challenging projects!
Job Description:

• Manage interior projects - Oversee 5-12 commercial fitout jobs at once, typically $100K-$1M in value.
• Run full project lifecycle - Lead planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout to meet quality and timeline goals.
• Coordinate stakeholders - Work daily with clients, designers, subs, and vendors to keep scope aligned.
• Maintain schedules & budgets - Track timelines, costs, and progress to ensure projects stay on target.
• Manage documentation - Handle RFIs, change orders, and submittals with accuracy and timely communication.
• Conduct site visits - Monitor progress, verify quality, and ensure safety and code compliance.
• Identify risks early - Spot delays or issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate materials - Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are ordered and delivered on schedule.
• Lead project meetings - Provide clear updates on milestones, risks, and next steps to all stakeholders.
• Build client relationships - Serve as the main point of contact and deliver strong customer service throughout each project.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $52.88/hr.
