Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Description

• Oversee daily trade activities - Lead assigned vendors and union subcontractors to meet project goals and weekly schedules.
• Manage lifescience construction - Support complex pharma/manufacturing builds, including a $50M BMS lab project in Warren.
• Ensure safety & compliance - Drive site safety objectives, review JSA documentation, and enforce regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project quality - Oversee workmanship, review submittals, and ensure all trades meet project standards.
• Coordinate with clients - Interact with sitelevel client teams and promote strong, positive relationships.
• Support project planning - Assist in developing preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans.
• Track schedules & budgets - Help maintain targeted vs. actual schedules and identify budget exceptions for assigned trades.
• Manage change control - Evaluate T&M requests, support change documentation, and validate cost legitimacy.
• Lead field communication - Facilitate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel.
• Conduct site inspections - Perform regular field evaluations and contribute to daily reports on conditions, manpower, and safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $67.30/hr.
