About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its IT Portfolio and Project Management Office. The successful candidate will be a key member of the technology leadership team, responsible for driving execution and strategic alignment across the technology organization. This role involves leading the enterprise IT PMO, establishing and enforcing standard delivery frameworks, and ensuring consistent execution across large-scale initiatives. The VP will also be a strategic partner to the CIO, translating technology vision and strategy into executable roadmaps, and will be involved in portfolio, financial, and value management. Executive and board engagement, as well as governance, risk, and accountability, are also critical aspects of the position. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in technology delivery, program management, or enterprise transformation, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A proven track record of leading an enterprise or global PMO and partnering with C-suite executives is essential. The role requires strong financial acumen, exceptional executive communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in JIRA and a background in regulated or complex environments are preferred. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, a structured thinker, and a leader with a bias for action and a relentless focus on outcomes.
