JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP is hiring an Aerospace HR Generalist/Recruiter for an onsite role in Simi Valley, CA. In this position, you will manage full-cycle recruitment and provide day-to-day HR support within a fast-paced aerospace environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in technical or engineering recruitment.
