St. Mary’s Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding primary care team. As a vital part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, the Family Medicine Physician will play a key role in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, promoting preventive care, and fostering strong patient‑provider relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on preventive care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and patient goals.
• Work collaboratively with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Perform minor office‑based procedures, such as suturing, skin lesion removal, and joint injections (if applicable).
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and wellness strategies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and treatments in family medicine.

Qualifications

Required Credentials: Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of New York.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient primary care setting is beneficial but not required.

Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.

Skills: Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient‑centered communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range - $211,622 - $275,000 (commensurate with experience).
