SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE Ideal candidate would live in Cincinnati, OH. This role will cover Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work directly with Distributors Brand Managers / Senior Managers / Ownership Work directly with Wholesale Brand Managers / Senior Managers Work directly with Retail Buyers / Category Managers / Ownership Build Revenue / Volume / KPI’s Plans Ability to present out in front of sales teams Ability to manage a Field Sales Team QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Proven work experience as a manager in the beverage industry. 10+ years of solid experience in sales, alcohol sales experience a plus. Excellent analytical and organizational skills ( Excel and PowerPoint required) Must be able to work independently Ability to lead and motivate sales teams at the distributor Availability to travel, as needed with overnight stays Must have clean drivers license. BS Degree preferred SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY Administrative assistant and field personnel WORK ENVIRONMENT Home office with some travel PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the person is regularly required to sit, stand and walk.
