Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages. Provide general administrative support, including managing mail, filing, data intake, and scheduling appointments. Assist customers with inquiries, providing information about our services and directing them to the right resources. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
