Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background inenterprise accounts and e-commerce platforms, particularly Magento. The ideal candidatewill have excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly understand complex projects,and experience working closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams inan onsite–offshore delivery model. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Quickly understand end-to-end project scope, business objectives, and technical landscape. Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements. Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution walkthroughs. Prepare high-quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Manage and refine product backlogs in JIRA. Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories in Confluence. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies when required and ensure Agile best practices are followed. Coordinate effectively in an onsite–offshore engagement model, ensuring seamless communication and delivery alignment. Support UAT cycles and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr Klizer group
