Accounting & Admin Assistant
The Job Center Staffing is hiring an accounting and admin assistant on 1st shift in the Cincinnati Area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for an Accounting & Admin Assistant
- Hourly wage: $25
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-4p
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of an Accounting & Admin Assistant
- This will be a balance of technical construction accounting and general office support
- Accounts Payable - use ComputerEase to ensure all invoices are coded to the correct job
- Accounts Receivables - maintain and organize POs, handle freeform invoices
- Compliance and support - Manage W9s and assist with audits
- First point of contact in the office, phone etiquette
- Monitor office inventory and supplies
Requirements for an Accounting & Admin Assistant
- Must have 2 years of bookkeeping, payroll, or construction administration experience
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and attention to detail
