Inpatient Pharmacist
Location - Hood River, OR
Duration - 8 Weeks
Position Overview:
Seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy services in a collaborative hospital environment. Candidates with inpatient pharmacy and Epic experience are preferred.
Assignment Details:
- 8-week assignment
- First-time travelers accepted
- Block scheduling available
- Patient Ratio: 1 Pharmacist to 25 Patients
- Weekend coverage required (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Overnight on-call coverage required for patient care needs
- No floating between units
- 48-hour schedules not approved
Required Qualifications:
- Active Oregon Pharmacist License
- Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and medication management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Inpatient Pharmacy experience
- Epic Electronic Medical Record experience
