Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful role supporting high school students navigating Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other learning differences. In this onsite contract position, you’ll supervise an SLPA and collaborate within a specialized, supportive learning environment close to West Springfield, MA. Enjoy a consistent schedule of 32.5 hours per week, helping adolescents grow their communication skills and autonomy as they transition toward independence outside traditional classroom settings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Massachusetts
• CCC-SLP or CFY credentials welcomed
• Previous experience in school-based, healthcare, or pediatric SLP roles preferred
• Comfortable working with adolescents and young adults with ASD or learning differences
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor an SLPA in daily service delivery for students
• Assess and address individual communication needs using evidence-based practices
• Design and implement personalized IEP-driven interventions
• Provide direct therapy and collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain organized records and track student progress
• Foster independence and self-advocacy skills in students facing unique learning challenges
