You will be responsible for supporting our team to ensure our office operations continue to run smoothly, conducting administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and providing support to other team members as needed. Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Document each customer contact in agency management system.
• Greet customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Return phone messages.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
