Business Development & Partnerships Representative

Job Description

REDYVO is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development & Partnerships Representative to help expand our presence throughout the Phoenix metro area.

\n

This role is focused on building relationships with multifamily communities, home builders, real estate professionals, senior living communities, movers, and other local referral partners that serve residents and homeowners.

\n

\n

Rather than traditional door-to-door consumer sales, you’ll focus on developing business relationships that can create ongoing referral opportunities for REDYVO’s TV mounting and in-home services.

\n

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Build relationships with apartment communities, property management teams, home builders, real estate professionals, and local businesses
\n
• Introduce REDYVO’s resident and new-homeowner service programs
\n
• Identify and develop new referral and partnership opportunities
\n
• Visit local communities, sales offices, and businesses throughout the Phoenix metro
\n
• Follow up with prospective partners and maintain relationships you develop
\n
• Represent REDYVO professionally at meetings, networking opportunities, and local industry events when applicable
\n
• Help create recurring sources of customer referrals and service opportunities
\n

Who We’re Looking For

\n

You’re comfortable starting conversations, meeting new people, following up consistently, and building professional relationships. You should be self-motivated, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.

\n

\n

Previous experience in business development, sales, multifamily, property management, real estate, home building, or local B2B outreach is a plus, but we’re open to the right person with strong communication skills and the drive to build something.

\n

\n

Compensation

\n

This is a commission-based opportunity . Compensation is earned from completed, paid REDYVO services generated through accounts and partnerships you originate. There is no guaranteed hourly salary.

\n

\n

The right person will have the opportunity to build a portfolio of local accounts capable of generating recurring commission opportunities.

\n

\n
