Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately assess clients' mental health needs and establish effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques to meet varied client needs and promote personal growth.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on progress and feedback.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver effective virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or those in remote locations.

• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in professional development activities, enhancing clinical skills and staying informed about the latest therapeutic practices and research trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Insightful Compassionate Healing Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to support individuals, couples, and families in their journeys toward healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrate empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude while respecting clients' individual experiences and struggles.
