Senior Director, Health Equity Flagship Initiatives and Community Outreach

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director to lead enterprise population health initiatives and community outreach focused on improving care access in medically underserved areas. The role involves translating strategy into multi-year programs, orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing external partnerships, and delivering measurable community health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own translation of population health strategy into focused portfolio of multi-year flagship initiatives
• Conduct landscape assessments to identify where the company can make differentiated contributions
• Lead end-to-end development and implementation of flagship initiatives from concept through scaling
• Orchestrate matrixed teams across medical, advocacy, policy, access, commercial, and other functions
• Identify, assess, and cultivate partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in public health, healthcare, business, or policy preferred
• 10+ years progressive experience in healthcare, life sciences, public health, or population health
• Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise-wide programs in matrixed environments
• Deep understanding of health disparities and access barriers in healthcare systems
• Experience building cross-sector partnerships with diverse stakeholders and organizations
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans with measurable outcomes
