Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physical and functional abilities of patients, using appropriate evaluation tools and techniques.
• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans based on patient evaluations, ensuring alignment with their specific health goals and rehabilitation potential.
• Engage with patients of diverse backgrounds and ages, delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to our established service standards.
• Document evaluations and treatment plans accurately, maintaining compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and professional standards.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to physical therapy aides and other support staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
• Collaborate regularly with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for each patient.
• Participate in professional development programs and staff meetings to stay current with industry best practices and enhance clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
