Work Environment

This role is physically onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Princeton, New Jersey, which is equipped with the latest technologies and resources for effective patient care. Our team-oriented atmosphere encourages collaboration among healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and outcomes. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, comprising a 40-hour shift, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and guidelines.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers to coordinate care that maximizes patient outcomes and employs evidence-based approaches.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting patients through their healing process and maintaining our organization's high standards.
• Engage in therapeutic interventions using various modalities and techniques tailored to each patient's specific needs, following their physician's plan of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques, empowering them to participate actively in their recovery journey.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet established goals and ensure optimal recovery.
• Meet minimum utilization goals to support organizational objectives and contribute to the overall success of the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will dedicate their expertise to treating a wide variety of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. Our patient-centric approach involves building strong relationships with each individual, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout their rehabilitation process. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license in physical therapy is mandatory to practice in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in the orthopedic setting, demonstrating a track record of effective patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association to ensure readiness in emergency situations.

Compensation and Benefits
