Work Environment

Your work will be conducted onsite, where you will have access to state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and resources. The environment is designed to foster collaboration and teamwork, with a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will engage with a patient volume of 5 to 7 patients daily, allowing for meaningful interactions and in-depth care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough orthopedic assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, to aid recovery and bolster injury prevention.
• Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare practitioners to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care and recovery strategies.
• Participate in regular case reviews and team meetings, contributing your insights to refine treatment approaches and optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective body mechanics, proper rehabilitation practices, and at-home exercise regimens.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in orthopedic physical therapy practices and integrate those into treatment protocols as applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily focused on patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation and sports injuries. Our diverse patient demographic includes individuals from various age groups, presenting unique needs and recovery challenges. Qualifications

• A valid physical therapy license in good standing in the State of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent credential from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional communication skills essential for interdisciplinary collaboration and patient education.
• Proficiency in implementing manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programs.

Preferred Experience

• Advanced degrees such as a Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
