Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing and evaluating patients to determine their functional capabilities and limitations.
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Providing expert consultation to healthcare providers regarding the continuum of care for each patient.
• Engaging with patients of all ages and backgrounds, ensuring compliance with our high standards of customer service.
• Documenting evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Collaborating with physicians and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal health outcomes.

• Supervising and mentoring assigned support staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Maintaining records of services rendered and submitting charges accurately for reimbursement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
