Position Overview

Refresh & Motion Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation facility located in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to the rehabilitation of individuals recovering from various physical ailments and surgeries. This is an onsite position where you will play a critical role in enhancing the health and well-being of our patients.

Work Environment

You will work in a vibrant rehabilitation facility where collaboration is key. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patients' medical history, performing critical assessments, and devising detailed treatment plans based on findings.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, ensuring they are actively involved in goal-setting to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Implement treatment protocols with proficiency while adapting techniques to accommodate the patient's progress and evolving health status.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to discuss patient conditions and required modifications to care plans, ensuring optimal treatment strategies are employed.
• Document patient progress clearly and concisely in compliance with healthcare regulations, including initial evaluations, daily updates, and discharge summaries that outline the patient's pathway through care.
• Maintain an efficient schedule, managing your time effectively to meet productivity targets while being punctual in attending meetings and participating in marketing activities.
• Advocate for continuous improvement by engaging in departmental goal achievements and contributing to projects that enhance patient care services.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities proactively to expand your clinical competencies and support others in the organization.
• Promote a positive patient experience by remaining adaptable to their individual needs and actively participating in initiatives aimed at improving care accessibility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will focus on a diverse patient population ranging from sports injuries to post-surgical rehabilitation. Our facility is dedicated to delivering tailored care that supports patients in achieving their health goals, fostering their independence, and enhancing their quality of life through personalized rehabilitation plans.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is essential.

Preferred Experience

• While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates should have at least 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy settings or related areas.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
