We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support the day-to-day HR needs of the organization. This position will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including employee support, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HR administration, and compliance.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring activities.
• Coordinate new hire on boarding and orientation.
• Assist with employee benefits and enrollment.
• Support payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Assist with employee relations and workplace concerns.
• Help maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Support compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Assist with various HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role.
• Knowledge of general HR practices and procedures.
• Experience with recruitment, on boarding, benefits, and employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
