Coordinador(a) de Servicios Buscamos un(a) Coordinador(a) de Servicios para gestionar y coordinar las solicitudes de servicio de clientes, asegurando una respuesta rápida, organizada y eficiente. La persona será responsable de coordinar técnicos, especialistas, mantenimientos, piezas, cotizaciones y facturación, utilizando plataformas como CRM y ERP. Responsabilidades principales Atender y gestionar llamadas, mensajes y correos electrónicos de clientes. Coordinar servicios para equipos biomédicos, refrigeración, cuidado al paciente y especialistas. Recopilar información sobre las necesidades o problemas reportados por los clientes. Registrar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a casos, cotizaciones y mantenimientos en el CRM. Coordinar mantenimientos preventivos, instalaciones, movimientos y recogido de equipos. Coordinar la disponibilidad de técnicos, técnicos sénior y especialistas. Preparar y procesar cotizaciones, facturas y órdenes relacionadas con servicios, piezas y productos. Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra, backorders y suplidores externos. Mantener comunicación constante con clientes, suplidores y equipos internos. Apoyar procesos de inventario, transferencias de piezas y creación de información en el ERP. Realizar tareas administrativas y apoyar proyectos, reuniones y adiestramientos según sea necesario. Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y contribuir a la eficiencia de las operaciones.
Requisitos Diploma de Escuela Superior y dos años de estudios universitarios o curso técnico. Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente. Excelentes destrezas de comunicación y organización. Capacidad para coordinar múltiples tareas y dar seguimiento a diferentes solicitudes. Orientación al servicio al cliente y atención al detalle. Manejo de sistemas CRM y ERP será altamente valorado. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y cumplir con tiempos y procesos establecidos.
