Administrative Executive & Engagement Leadership Required Experience

8+ years of progressive experience in:
- Contract management
- Procurement
- Business administration
Senior leadership experience managing complex and/or high-risk contracts .

Executive Leadership
Contract Management
Procurement
Strategic Planning
Stakeholder Management
Vendor Management
Financial Oversight
Negotiation
KPI Development
Conflict Resolution

Maintain overall accountability for Contractor project delivery .
Ensure compliance with all applicable contract terms.
Provide oversight of Contractor resources, overall project delivery, and completion.
Facilitate executive working sessions.
Collaborate with the State regarding overall strategy and direction .
Engage SMEs from multiple sources based on specific project needs
