Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) tailored to individual needs.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide continuous and comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's needs are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, demonstrating your ability to manage high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at destigmatizing mental health issues and promoting available resources, which may include conducting workshops or informational sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, facing a spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By connecting with clients from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, you will enhance your cultural competence and clinical skills while providing life-changing support.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that meets licensing requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele effectively.

• Proven ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity in practice, working effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational skills necessary for maintaining accurate, timely documentation and case management duties.

Compensation and Benefits\n
