Assistant Kitchen Manager Our Assistant Kitchen Managers are responsible for creating that unforgettable guest experience through the proper preparation of the best tasting recipes around! You are responsible for top notch cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do: Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Prepare raw ingredients and follow strict recipes. Use proper portioning techniques. Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared. Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times. Keep your kitchen health inspection ready. Manage food levels and orders Scheduling and lead kitchen employees. Perks of the Job: Great hours! Breakfast/Lunch concept. We close at 3pm. Flexible schedules Great pay! Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment. We clean and sanitize our stations throughout and at the end of the day. Ability to lead your team and keep them energized during peak. Company Information: Family-owned and operated, Berry Fresh Caf opened in Port St. Lucie, FL in 2009 and has since added four more locations (Jupiter, FL Stuart, FL and Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and West Palm Beach, Fl). We serve fresh chef inspired farm to table foods in a friendly upbeat atmosphere. Work in the restaurant industry and have a balanced personal life at the same time! Weekends a requirement.
