We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a hospitality-focused environment in Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming workplace while handling a variety of clerical and front-desk responsibilities. The role requires strong communication skills, accuracy with administrative tasks, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a well-organized setting.

Responsibilities:
• Manage front office activities by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming reception experience.
• Respond to incoming phone calls promptly, route messages to the appropriate contacts, and provide accurate information when needed.
• Perform a range of administrative support tasks such as filing documents, preparing correspondence, and organizing office records.
• Enter and update data in company systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate day-to-day office workflows to help ensure smooth administrative operations across the team.
• Maintain organized records and documentation so information is easy to access and up to date.
• Support general receptionist functions, including monitoring shared spaces and assisting with routine office needs.
