Branch Office Administrator

Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you will partner with financial advisors to support clients in achieving their long‑term financial goals. Your role is to provide seamless administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple advisors, ensuring exceptional client experiences and smooth account operations. Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Role Requirements Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Resolve inquiries and issues, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal support teams. Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the advisor. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the advisor’s direction. Manage scheduling, prepare meeting materials, handle correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan. Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software. You'll be competitively compensated Our incentive approach includes discretionary and variable compensation, such as bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, and individual performance. A merit‑based salary increase is available as you progress in the BOA role.
