This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while providing critical mental health services to individuals in need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth technologies with clients seeking support related to mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and substance use counselors, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care aimed at improving client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals in detox and recovery phases, who may be struggling with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Your role will involve providing compassionate support to clients who are often vulnerable and in crisis, emphasizing the importance of empathetic care during their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required. Current LCSW licensure in California is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience as an LCSW is essential.

• Proven expertise in delivering telehealth services, specifically therapeutic interventions via online platforms.

• Strong experience in treating various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, reflective of your experience and contributions to our organization. In addition to your salary, we offer a flexible work schedule and the ability to work from your location of choice, enhancing work-life balance.
