Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, fostering therapeutic rapport and ensuring professional ethics are upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Nevada.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Griffin and Associates offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, with payments made ahead of collections to eliminate waiting periods for reimbursement. Benefits include:
