Assistant Property Manager We have a fantastic Assistant Property Manager opportunity available! Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities across the Southeast. Location Addison at Swift Creek - Midlothian, VA Compensation Pay: Hourly rates starting at $21/hour with quarterly bonuses Benefits: Rent discount, paid holidays, birthday time off, vacation and sick time, health, dental and vision insurance, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) with company match Schedule Weekdays 9‑6, Saturdays 9‑5 (rotated with team), Sundays closed. The Assistant Property Manager’s responsibilities include front‑line resident services, team interaction, fast‑paced learning, and persuasive communication in challenging situations. Leadership and management experience is required. Prior property‑management experience is a plus but not required if you possess solid customer service, sales, or hospitality management experience. We provide training and coaching for skill acquisition and professional development. Tasks & Responsibilities Engage prospects, answer leads, schedule appointments, conduct community tours. Process leasing applications, assemble lease paperwork, request and collect security deposits. Provide resident service for renewals, notices, early termination, pet additions, transfers, questions, and account review. Collaborate with maintenance, inspect apartments, confirm conditions, follow up on work orders. Create positive move‑in experiences. Facilitate move‑outs, process move‑outs, and handle security deposit dispositions. Post rent money and follow up on balances owed. Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
