Cook Supervisor

The Willows at Worcester 101 Barry Road Worcester, MA 01609, USA Pay $24.00 to $27.00 per hour. Final offers based on factors such as skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Schedule Full‑time: 11:15 AM – 7:15 PM weekdays and every other Saturday; 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM every other Sunday. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as a cook, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting. Prior supervisory experience. Experience with menu preparation, portion control, and dietary accommodations. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation requirements. Ability to work well in a collaborative kitchen environment with a team‑focused attitude.
