Proposal Manager
Onsite (100% initially; potential for future hybrid)
Salary Range: $60–65/hour Contract: 6+ months, possible extension

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of proposal management, business development and/or business execution experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
- Experience with diverse team building and virtual coordination
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage proposal process from cradle to grave
- Manage cross-functional teams to meet strict deadlines
- Coordinate closely with the sales organization and D&S functions to ensure winning bids
