Join one of the largest construction firms in the country (Engineering News-Record [ENR]: #1 in Power, #16 Top 50 Domestic Heavy Contractors, #13 Transportation Contractor).ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage proposal development schedules, keeping all contributors on deadline.Draft standard proposal language and prepare graphics/layouts in Adobe InDesign or similar software (complex graphics support available from internal resources).Assist in completing standard RFP forms, qualification statements, and other submission documentation.Organize and maintain an updated library of historical project data, personnel resumes, photos, and other standard proposal assets.Research upcoming projects from key public clients.Quarterly Newsletter, and other marketing activities that may arise.Provide support for all Departments, as needed, to support miscellaneous marketing projects.Read, analyze, and interpret RFP documents to identify qualification and proposal response requirements.Develop and maintain a Compliance Matrix to ensure all RFP requirements are met.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred.Minimum 4 years of experience in proposal coordination within heavy civil construction, engineering, or similar project-driven industries.Experience with alternative delivery method pursuits (Design-Build, CMAR, Progressive Design-Build, etc.).Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
