Key Requirements (Summary):

Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
10+ years healthcare payer experience in BSA/System Analysis
Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, ACA, and commercial plans
Experience with member portals / digital self-service platforms
Skilled in BRD, FRD, user stories, STTM, process mapping, gap analysis
SQL for data validation and profiling
Experience with enterprise data platforms, APIs, middleware
Strong communication between business and technical teams
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiar with UX, accessibility, modern digital design
