About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President / Project Executive to spearhead its U.S. Federal construction expansion in the UK and Europe. This senior executive will be responsible for providing executive leadership in business development, proposal strategy, and client engagement for U.S. Federal construction projects. The role demands a candidate with over 20 years' professional construction experience, a strong background in U.S. Federal construction, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects valued at $100M or more. Experience with both horizontal and vertical construction, particularly in the context of airfield infrastructure and facilities on military installations, is essential. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead project delivery, establish execution strategies, and maintain strong relationships with federal clients, with a focus on Air Force stakeholders. Applicants for this role at The Company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, although this is preferred rather than mandatory. The position requires a leader with excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive-level project leadership skills. The ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the UK and Europe, as well as the potential for relocation to the UK, are also key requirements. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the UK or Europe on U.S. Federal projects and a strong background in both horizontal and vertical construction.
