Engineer III – Endpoint & Mobility Support
Location: Reston, Virginia or Plano, Texas
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Work From Home
Duration: 6+ Months
We are seeking an experienced Engineer III to provide enterprise endpoint, mobility, and end-user technology support. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional experience and hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, Apple macOS, iOS, Android, and endpoint management technologies .
This role will support endpoint operations, troubleshoot incidents, monitor system performance and compliance, and collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to maintain a secure and reliable technology environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for enterprise endpoint and mobility technologies.
- Support and administer Omnissa Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune environments.
- Provide end-user support for iOS and Android mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications.
- Provide macOS support and troubleshooting at an intermediate level.
- Monitor system performance, endpoint compliance, logs, and monitoring alerts.
- Analyze log data to troubleshoot incidents and identify root causes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement.
- Apply structured and effective troubleshooting methodologies.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, root causes, and problem resolutions accurately.
- Support endpoint-related changes and implementations.
- Participate in change management activities and follow established change-control processes.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and support procedures.
- Use ServiceNow or similar IT service-management platforms for incident and request tracking.
- Provide onsite technical support as required.
- 10+ years of professional experience required.
- Hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE .
- Experience with Microsoft Intune .
- Experience supporting enterprise endpoint and mobile environments.
- Intermediate-level experience with Apple macOS support and troubleshooting .
- Experience supporting iOS and Android devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving methodology.
- Experience analyzing system logs and monitoring information.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, security, and compliance teams.
- Strong technical documentation and writing skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow .
- Experience with change management concepts, tools, and implementations .
- Experience with endpoint security and compliance policies.
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
- Strong understanding of endpoint management and mobile device management (MDM).
